I think this was the first strip I ever wrote.
It’s a “Big Damn Inside Joke – the Sequel.”

Just goin’ through some old stuff in preparation for Manitoba’s Comic Con next month and found these tid-bits. Check out video trailers I did for my young adult fantasy books Ned Stapleton and the Wrath of the Death Gods and The Oldest Game of All.
Also, here’s a couple of interviews I did for TV and radio way back when.
While the books certainly took time away from the Magellan Affair, lately it’s been the other way around. Curse my life for its lack of balance!
In other news, what has two thumbs and turns 37 today?
Dis guy.
It’s the first day of Autumn, and the same birthday as Bilbo and Frodo… Hey, don’t you judge me! It’s on the first bloody page! Maybe that’s all I read… Nah, go ahead and judge. I’ve read ‘em a million times.

Mornin’ All.
A whole big heaping pile of thanks to Lynn LeFey for the Alliance ship in this weeks strip. It’s perfect. Even if I got the perspective a little screwy you still get the idea that it’s “Bigger Than a Bread Box.”

I’m never sure if Alex gets all creepy because Winter is creepy, or if it’s the other way around.
Anyway, it’s probably “Best Not to Think About It.”

Hey.
I hear "when’s that movie gonna be done?" an awful lot, and rightly so. It’s been two bloody years since we started filming. While the raw footage has been in the can for a year now, the post production has been wacko crazy time consuming. It’s been especially hard on Bob, and if it wasn’t for that wingman thing at Keycon a couple of years ago, I’d feel really bad. Still, the first installment is very close to completion. Like, maddeningly close. To somewhat cover up for sounding like a broken record, here’s some before and after (and CG) screen shots from The Magellan Affair: Chapter One - Bourbon & Betrayal.

You know who I miss? Ionna, Samuel and Winter. I wonder what they were up to.
We start to find out in “Clever Advertising.”
